4. Product Information and Pricing

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability information. Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen and settings. This does not affect your rights if goods are defective or materially different from their description.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change. Applicable charges and promotional conditions are disclosed before purchase. Corrections or order cancellations will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law, including any required refund.

5. Shipping and Returns

Orders ship from China. Shipping methods, estimated times, charges, and applicable import responsibilities are explained in our Shipping Policy and before purchase. Delivery estimates do not remove our obligations concerning shipment, non-delivery, or refunds.

Our Refund Policy generally allows voluntary return requests within 30 days after delivery of the final item for orders delivered to Canada, China, the United Kingdom, and the United States, subject to eligibility requirements. We do not charge a restocking fee. For ordinary change-of-mind returns from Canada, China, and the United States, an NVX return label generally costs US$5, deducted from the refund where disclosed and lawful. Statutory cancellation rights and their separate return-cost rules are explained in our Refund Policy.

Change-of-mind charges do not apply to defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods. Where a return is required for such an issue, NVX provides a prepaid label or arranges return shipping at our cost.

Contact us before sending a return to obtain the correct instructions and address. Our business address should not be used as a return destination without confirmation. This process does not limit statutory rights.

6. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and handled, including the privacy choices available to you.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases from this store are transactions with the website operator identified above. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
